Urano, in search of continuous improvement in its process, aiming at the strategic objectives and the satisfaction of its intern and extern clients, achieved in 21th of August of 2009 the renovation of NBR ISO 9001:2008 Certificate of Quality System, issued by the certificatory organ DNV Det Norske Veritas Ltda.

 

The certificate scope includes: Project and manufacturing of electronic scales, printers for scales, associate services and commercialization of products and accessories of commercial automation.

 

Urano has conscious that the improvement of its process and management must be continuous and disciplined.

 

We know that short time is a risky expression of those who wish TOTAL QUALITY, because quality is not the end, but a means to an end. Means of achieving the recognition proposed at the Vision of the company, means of reducing costs, of growing productivity, competitiveness and satisfaction of clients, employees, shareholders an the society.

 

The compromise with Quality must be a constant habit and must be reflected by our attitudes, actions and compromise with our strategic indicators.

 

The search of continuous improvement and overcome of the limits are constant challenges.
